Muito se tem falado nos corredores, mas é importante que se tomem algumas decisões sobre a nossa participação no ELFCUP 2009 - BUDAPEST

thanks for your reply. There are two kind of fees:
Fee for the registration is 2.300,- Euro and is to pay now. After we receive it, you will get a confirmation and a code for the intern-site on www.elfcup.com, where you can find Newsletters, Logo, Flyer etc. Further the team is listed on "TEAMS".
In spring time teams have to pay for the participants each 700,- Euro, because one team will arrive with 15, others with 25 members.
If you will organize a private accomodation for the whole time, each have to pay 400,- Euro till the 15th of March 2009.
Hotel prices during Pentacost are very high in Budapest, its very difficulte to find affordable hotels in higher categorie.

Proponho que se comece por fazer uma lista de quem quer ir. Ja se percebeu que o custo andará á volta de 850€. Ia hoje comprar uns sapatos novos.. . pode esperar. O meu nome vai para a lista!
Companheiros,
da parte que me toca, obviamente gostaria mto de ir.
Neste momento, com muito realismo, não tenho grandes hipóteses.
Em qualquer caso, pode sempre pensar-se nalguma forma de reduzir os gastos individuais, com um ou outro patrocínio.
Alguém vê alguma possibilidade de arranjarmos patrocínios?
